CHAIR AND FACULTY MENTOR: Dr. Shamir Andrew Ally

Dr. Ally received his F.A.I.A. in England (the equivalent of a CPA). He earned his B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Adelphi University in New York, and his Ph.D. in Administration and Management from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Ally has EXECUTIVE LEVEL multinational experiences in Manufacturing, Accounting, Finance, Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Management, Administration, Education, Government, and Entrepreneurship.

He has EXECUTIVE LEVEL experiences in the following Industries: Electronics, Apparel, Printing & Packaging, Insurance, Financing, Lotteries, Oil, Pharmaceuticals, Sugar, Rice, Rum, Fisheries, Spices, Gold, and Diamonds.

Dr. Ally was born in Guyana, South America. He was the Founding Deputy Chairman of the Kuru Kuru Co-Operative College, in Guyana and a FINANCIAL CONSULTANT to the GUYANA GOVERNMENT. Currently he is PRESIDENT of INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING & FINANCIAL SERVICES, and an Adjunct BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Professor at East Stroudsburg State University.

He also served as an IRS Revenue Agent in New York.

Other activities Dr. Ally is involved in include Past District Governor for Lions International, a Past Vice President for Jaycees International, and a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM)from Toastmasters International.He has visited 69 countries to date.

Dr. Ally is an American Citizen for 24 years, with 17 years as a NEW YORKER. Among other awards, HE is the 1994 recipient of the USA’S “MEDAL OF FREEDOM” from the Republican Senatorial Inner Circle and DR. ALLY was a 1996 USA Presidential Elections Campaign Advisor to Senator BOB DOLE for NEW YORK.
