Dr. Ally received his F.A.I.A. in England (the equivalent of CPA/CMA), www.aia.org.uk He earned his B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Adelphi University in New York, www.adelphi.edu; and his Ph.D. in Administration and Management from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Baltimore, Maryland. www.walden.edu

Dr. Ally has EXECUTIVE LEVEL MULTINATIONAL experiences in Manufacturing, Accounting, Finance, Management, Administration, Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Education, and Government.
His EXECUTIVE LEVEL Multinational experiences are from the following Businesses: Electronics, Apparel, Printing & Packaging, Insurance, Financing, Lotteries, Oil, Pharmaceuticals, Sugar, Rice, Rum, Fisheries, Spices, Gold, and Diamonds.
Dr. Ally was born in GUYANA, South America.
He was the Founding Deputy Chairman of the Kuru Kuru Co-Operative College, in Guyana and a FINANCIAL CONSULTANT to the GUYANA GOVERNMENT.
Currently he is PRESIDENT and CEO of INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING & FINANCIAL SERVICES; Adjunct PROFESSOR of ACCOUNTING and MANAGEMENT at East Stroudsburg University (PA); Warren College (NJ); DeSALES University MBA Program (PA); Chairman & Faculty Mentor at Greenleaf University for Masters & Ph.D. Degrees (MO); & Aspen University for Bachelors and Masters Degrees (CO).
He also served as an IRS Revenue Agent in New York.
Other activities Dr. Ally is involved in include Past District Governor for Lions International, District 20-K2; a Past Club Vice President for Jaycees International; and a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) from Toastmasters International.
He has visited 69 countries to date.
Dr. Ally is an American Citizen for 25 years, with 17 years as a NEW YORKER.
Among other awards, HE is the 1994 recipient of the USA’S “MEDAL OF FREEDOM” from the Republican Senatorial Inner Circle and DR. ALLY was a 1996 USA Presidential Elections Campaign Advisor to Senator BOB DOLE for NEW YORK.

Melvin B. deGuzman, Ph.D.

Dr. deGuzman earned his Doctorate of Philosophy in administration and management at Walden University in 1997. He also earned masters degrees from Central Michigan University in 1981 and the University of Baltimore in 1980. Dr. deGuzman is the founder and President of Systems Management International (SMI), a professional services company dedicated to the development and growth of workers and organizations. Prior to forming SMI, he held various senior management positions within the Department of Defense. His professional and academic background is in organization development, workforce diversity, project management, and systems integration. He is a Certified Systems Professional and a Certified Office Automation Professional. Dr. deGuzman also received Vice President Gore's National Performance Review Hammer Award in 1996. Since 1982, Dr. deGuzmßn has designed and conducted undergraduate and graduate courses, and professional seminars in leadership development, strategic planning, process re-engineering, project and team management, systems integration, and database and networking technologies. He has received a Faculty Excellence Award in 1994, and is also a featured speaker in leadership, management and technical conferences. Dr. deGuzman is a faculty associate with the Johns Hopkins University.

Thomas Driver, Ph.D.

Dr Driver earned his Doctorate of Philosophy in administration and management at Walden University in 1998. He holds two Master degrees, an MPA in Health Services Administration, Golden Gate University and an MAR from Liberty University. He is completing a DMIN degree from Trinity Theological Seminary. Dr Driver is an active duty Naval Officer, with 15 years of service assigned as Head, Patient Administration, Naval Hospital Bremerton, WA.

As pastor of evangelism, Dr. Thomas conducts workshops on conflict resolution, evangelism, racial reconciliation, time management, and organizational behavior. Dr. Driver also teaches at the undergraduate and graduate level for City University, Northwest College and the University of Phoenix-Online,teaching courses in Health Care Administration and public Administration.

Charles E. Heller, Ph.D., M.A.

Dr. Heller received his Ph.D. in United States History from the University of Massachusetts in 1985, and his Masters’ of Arts in 1972. In his more than 25 years in teaching and research, he has served on the adjunct faculty of the Ottawa University and Baker University Kansas City Extensions; as a faculty member and analyst at the Strategic Studies Institute of the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA; and as an adjunct faculty member with the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Heller also has served as a faculty member at Dickinson College and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He also has held administrative positions with the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, the U.S. Army Reserve, the University of Massachusetts; and has served as a production supervisor for Corning Glass. Dr. Heller currently is an assistant professor on the faculty of Washburn University. His publications include seven books and monographs, and numerous articles and other publications. His futures works include the best-selling Twenty First Century Force: A Federal Army and a Militia

Dr. Dorothy Lupascu, M.Ed, Ed.D.

Dr. Dorothy Lupascu received an undergraduate degree from Villa Maria College in Erie, Pennsylvania in 1964, a Masters Degree in Education from Kent State University in 1974 and a doctorate in Educational Administration from International Graduate School in 1984. Most of Dr. Lupascu's professional life was spent in teaching nursing at various hospital schools of nursing and as an Assistant Professor at Kent State University, Ashtabula, Ohio, in the Associate Degree in Nursing School. Dr. Lupascu also served as a Division Director in a large hospital department of education. In 1989 Dr. Lupascu along with several other alumni and faculty from the International Graduate School founded the graduate school now known as Greenleaf University, Institute for Professional Studies. She served Greenleaf University as its first administrator from 1989 until 1994.

Dr. Douglas Jackson McCready

Dr. McCready graduated from the University of Windsor, London School of Economics and Political Science, and the University of Alberta. His degrees are in economics and political science. Since 1969, he has served as Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor at Wilfrid Laurier University. Dr. McCready’s specialization is in intergovernmental fiscal relations and he has done studies for the Canadian government and served on the U.S. National Tax Foundation Intergovernmental Fiscal Relations Committee. He has served on the editorial boards of seven academic journals and the management boards of the International Institute of Public Finance and the Canadian Health Economics Research Association. He is currently book review editor for the Canadian Journal of Program Evaluation. Dr. McCready is listed in Who’s Who in Canada. He is the author of The Canadian Public Sector (Toronto: Butterworths, 1984) and several other monographs and many journal articles.

As an academic, besides teaching economics (public finance, health economics, the economics of education, evaluation methods including cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness techniques, not-for-profit enterprises, and demographics), Dr. McCready has taught in the field of business administration (finance, organizational behavior, evaluation, and costing) and social work (financial administration). Dr. McCready has also taught at the Ontario Police College in the level three administration program.

Dr. McCready has written a weekly newspaper column and a monthly magazine column on business and the economy. Since 1969 he has worked with adult learners in the classroom, through TV courses, through distance education programs and has mentored students or been on masters or doctoral committees for students at several Universities including Walden, The Graduate School of America, and Nova. Dr. Norman Pearson, Ph.D, D.B.A. Ph.D. (Mgt.) - President

President of Greenleaf University, was professionally, originally trained at the University of Durham, UK, as a Town and Country Planner. After aircrew service with the Royal Air Force in the Korean War, he has had two parallel careers: one in academic life and one as a consultant. He has published 15 books and about 200 papers in refereed journals and chapters in books. In his planning career he was Director of Planning with the then Hamilton-Wentworth Planning Board, and Commissioner of Planning for the new City of Burlington, Ontario, Canada. In 1962, he became President of Norman Pearson & Associates Limited, International Planning Management Consultants. As such he has had experience in the coal industry, natural resources development, redevelopment of industrial cities, including work on the Toronto-Centred Regional Plan, new towns such as Brampton-Bramalea (Ontario) and a wide range of issues. He was founder of the School of Rural Planning at the University of Guelph, Canada. In his academic career, after a series of appointments at Waterloo Lutheran University, the University of Waterloo, McMaster University, the University of Western Ontario, and serving as Chairman and Director of the Centre for Resources Development, University of Guelph; with extensive experience in distance-learning, he served in the School of Business at Capella University and was for seven years Director of the Administratio/Management Division at Walden University. He served as President of Colorado-Canada Pacific Western University, President of the International Institute for Advanced Studies, President of Greenwich University, President of the International University for Advanced Studies, and in 2003 was appointed President for Life at Greenleaf University. He has many professional and academic awards for distinguished service. His biography can be found in such reference works as WHO'S WHO IN THE WORLD, WHO'S WHO IN AMERICA, and CANADIAN WHO'S WHO. He founded The Bruce Trail, Canada's Appalachian Trail, along the Niagara Escarpment. He holds the Bronze medal of the Royal Town Planning Institute, UK, for research. His PhD is from the International Institute for Advanced Studies for research on pipelines and agriculture. His DBA is from Colorado-Canada Pacific Western University for research on Federal-Provincial Resources Development Agreements in Canada. His PhD in Management is from the California University for Advanced Studies for research on the history of urban and regional management and the challenge of modernizing the 19th Century industrial cities. His works are archived in the Lambda Alpha collection at Cornell University (NY) and also in the IBC collection at Manchester University (UK). He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the International University Foundation for services in ecological and environmental planning. Dr. Pearson holds the Ph.D. from the International Institute for Advanced Studies; a D.B.A. from Canada-Colorado Pacific Western University; and a Ph.D. in Management from the California University for Advanced Studies.

Fred B. Wiegman, Ph.D.

Dr. Wiegman received his B.S. from Eastern Michigan University, his M.A. from the University of Michigan, and his Ph.D. from Michigan State University. His specialty is systems research, and he has been working in both the professions and in academia for several decades. He is the past Director and Owner of REACH Institute, and has served as the Dean of Administration for Keller Graduate School of Management, Chief Executive Officer for the Chicago Specialty Hospital and Medical Center, Chairman of the School of Education for Lewis University, and the Director of Administrative and Management Development for Abbott Laboratories. Dr. Wiegman also has served as a doctoral advisor for over twenty-five school systems. He has extensive experience in adult non-traditional education, and an in-depth background in administration and management of schools, universities, and hospitals.

Paul S. Giza - Technology Adviser and WEBMaster

Mr. Giza recently joined Greenleaf as the Technology Adviser to the President and was subsequently asked to take over the administration of the WEB pages.

Mr. Giza has worked in the Public Sector for 20 years and has been involved in Information Technology since 1989. In 1998, he assumed the Position of Systems Manager for the Public Library in St. Thomas, Ontario. Mr. Giza also operates his own Consulting Practice which he has established in 1995.
